Vital Rewards Terms & Conditions

Overview

Vital Rewards is a points and rewards program. You will earn one point for every one dollar spent purchasing products. If you earn enough points in a quarter, you will receive an amount in store credit as a reward. Store credit can then be used to purchase more products.

Vital Rewards is your personal rewards program. You earn one point for every $1 spent on your purchases (retail and salon-size). Earn enough points within a quarter to reach Level 1 or higher, and you’ll receive store credits, which can then be used on future purchases.

Rewards are automatically received as store credit on the final day of a quarter. The system looks at the level reached by the total amount of points earned and automatically rewards the account with a store credit. Account holders will be notified by email and can use store credit immediately. Store credit can be used to purchase salon and retail-size products.

Terms & Conditions

  • Account holders must be business account holders to be eligible for the Vital Rewards loyalty program.
  • Account holders with overdue amounts may forfeit the eligibility to receive rewards during a quarter
  • Rewards are given as store credit. Vital Plus will pay no cash.
  • The Vital Rewards loyalty program is activated once combined product purchases within a quarter exceed the amounts in the annex below.
  • Points are awarded automatically for all products purchased during a quarter.
  • Every 1 dollar spent will be awarded 1 point. Point tallies will automatically update. Points are viewable at https://my.vitalplus.com.au/my-account/points-and-rewards.
  • The Vital Rewards program awards points for retail and salon-size product purchases.
  • Products purchased as part of monthly promotions are eligible to earn points.
  • Products purchased during the annual EOFY sale are not eligible to earn points.
  • Products purchased using store credit are not eligible to earn points
  • Account holders are responsible for following the progress of levels reached during a quarter. However, at any time, an account holder may contact the Vital Plus office for further information.
  • Account holders may use the store credit to purchase retail and salon-size products across the Vital Plus range.
  • Account holders must use store credit within the next quarter. Available store credit is viewable at https://my.vitalplus.com.au/my-account/points-and-rewards.
  • Vital Rewards loyalty program levels as set out in the annex below are subject to change at any time. Vital Plus will notify account holders of changes by email.

Notes

Points and store credit do not accrue across quarters. On the final day of a business quarter Vital Plus will automatically:

  • Reset any store credit awarded at the end of the previous quarter to zero
  • Check the points accrued by each account holder in each system during the current quarter
  • Award store credit for the current quarter according to the levels and amounts set out in the annex below
  • Notify the account holder of any store credit received via email
  • Reset any points awarded during the current quarter to zero

1. Quarters

  • January – March
  • April – June

2. Program Levels

  • Level 1: Earn over 5,000 points in a quarter, and receive $100 store credit
  • Level 2: Earn over 10,000 points in a quarter, and receive $300 store credit
  • Level 3: Earn over 15,000 points in a quarter, and receive $600 store credit
  • Level 4: Earn over 25,000 points in a quarter, and receive $1,300 store credit
